This specific resource has provided a unique opportunity for all associates to come together, not only to make a tangible impact within the firm but also to foster allyship across BRG communities. “The active promotion of inclusivity through our Business Resource Groups (BRGs) particularly resonated with me.” “Even during challenging times when various communities have faced social issues or unrest, our BRGs continuously stand as a beacon of support and understanding,” said Adams.
