Your first 6 months as a branch office administrator is focused on your training. Because there is a lot to learn about your role – in our unique business model, the client comes first – front and center – in everything you do. Leader-lead virtual training and self-lead online training – solo and with your financial advisor – will get you up to speed on the financial services industry and your daily responsibilities as a critical branch team member. We’ll assign you a mentor – a branch office administrator in your community dedicated to your success. And a branch team trainer in headquarters will be assigned to support you during your initial training. After your training, you’ll have opportunities to continue learning – and develop professionally by volunteering for leadership and mentor roles.
