Edward Jones has been named a 2026 Training APEX Award winner, marking the firm’s commitment to learning and professional development. The firm ranked no. 13 and marks Edward Jones’ twenty-sixth consecutive appearance on the list.
This award, presented by Training magazine, honors organizations that create impactful and effective training programs that support both associates and the clients they serve.

“Our ability to serve clients begins with investing in our people.”

That’s how Suzan McDaniel, Chief Human Resources Officer, describes the foundation of our learning philosophy — a belief that career development is a continuous, lived experience that shapes who we are as colleagues, leaders and partners in our communities.

“Our responsibility is to support the development of our colleagues so they can deepen their expertise, adapt as needs evolve and build meaningful careers at the firm. We believe learning is a continuous, lived experience that shapes our culture and fuels meaningful outcomes, for our colleagues, our clients and the communities we serve,” said Suzan.

From day one and throughout your journey here, we focus on helping associates deepen their expertise, adapt to evolving needs and build meaningful, long-term careers.
