- Comprehensive 6-month training including an experienced peer to help mentor you
- A wide support network that extends from your branch office to your region to the home office

- Part-time associates who work an average of at least 30 hours a week over a 12-month measurement period are eligible for:

- Retirement Plan (if compensated for 1,000 hours of service during the plan year).
