Your Client Support Team trainee program is built on three pillars:<\/h2>\n

  1. We assign you a Branch Team Trainer from headquarters who will assist you and your financial advisor with your initial training.<\/li>\n
  2. We assign you a mentor \u2013 another BOA in your region \u2013 who will share his or her experience and help you get acclimated to your new career, the firm and all things Branch Support.<\/li>\n
  3. We assign you learning plans, including online courses, activities and knowledge checks \u2013 spreading your training throughout six months.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Beyond your formal training, you can count on the collaboration of your fellow BOAs throughout the region \u2013 a bigger team working across branches for collective success. And your support from headquarters extends from associates in every division and department \u2013 ready to help and just a phone call away.
